Las Vegas is an iconic frontline building on the North Beach, Durban. Because of its position it
is battered by prevailing winds and requires constant external attention to keep it looking
good. Over the years we have used an assortment of contractors but for the past five years we have
been a “Dafco” building. They have undertaken spalling, painting and very major construction work for us.
They are members of the Master Builders Association and have assisted us to source additional technical advice
when we have needed it.
Their work performance here has spoken for itself and has resulted in them being awarded further work in the area.
