In order to ensure the best adhesion of the product, in this case, a Carlisle EDPM System, our team first meticulously cleans every inch of the box gutters removing all debris and dust from the surface. Once cleaned line the entire gutter with the Carlisle EDPM membrane followed by the application of Butal Tape along the water cut off mastic and a single ply EPDM Sealant for termination points.  The use of the Carlisle will ensure that the customer benefits with a 25 YEAR MAINTENANCE-FREE PERFORMANCE.  In our books that is a win all round.
