This KZN Midlands Property in the Gowrie Farm Estate has been awarded to Dafco Durban as the painting contractor of choice, this was definitely a good idea as we have an awesome track record painting in residential estates

Beating damp and moisture with the right products.

As can be seen from the pictures much of the property had cracks and damp from the wet weather experienced in this area. Firstly all cracks and damaged plaster was removed from the walls and the professional repairs undertaken to make sure that the finishes to the paint work would be as superb as the surroundings. Once repairs where completed we coated the entire building with the Plascon PWC520 which is widely used as a waterproofing compound and is an excellent sealer coating with flexibility and scratch resistance.

And all expansion joints were sealed with the Den Braven Hydraflex PU.

As you can see in the photos this project was immaculately finished, which has resulted in the awarding of 3 more properties in the estate.
