Dafco Factory painting in Durban. Our highly skilled team have finished painting and restoring the exterior of this factory block south of Durban in the South Gate Industrial Park. We began the process with a High-Pressure cleaning of all the walls and the roofing which revealed the cracks in the plaster. Our team opened and exposed the cracks then sealed them with our heavy duty crack filler that consists of a mix of crack filler and a medium duty tile adhesive, this gives you maximum durability and strength. Followed by an alkaline resistant primer ahead of the final painting. All windows also received a full seal with Den Braven Polyurethane sealant to keep them water tight and prevent damp.

Dafco’s WeatherShield Paint For Factories.

Once all sealing and prep work was completed we applied two coats of our in-house manufactured and SABS tested WeatherShield paint to give the factory a hard wearing, durable finish that will keep this factory looking great and water tight for years to come. The roof was coated in our proprietary Dafco RoofShield paint to finish it off. Soon we will start on the interior.
